THE SCAN OF MY MAILBOX IS STUCK AND NEVER GETS THROUGH

“Hello,
The scan of this mailbox never gets through.”
(If several mailboxes are concerned: please specify the addresses in your email)
Our teams will force the scan to stop as soon as possible in order to let you clean your mailbox!
I WOULD LIKE TO CLEAN MY MAILBOX AGAIN BUT CLEANFOX SAYS THAT IT HAS BEEN CLEANED
Every two days and as long as Cleanfox founds new newsletters, you will be able to clean your mailbox again!
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, HOW CAN I GET IT BACK?
If you already have a Cleanfox account linked to your mailbox, just click on “I have used Cleanfox before” on our home page. We will send you an email to help you reconnect to your Cleanfox account, please check your junk/spam folders.
However, if you do not receive the email, just click on “Start” on Cleanfox’s homepage!
I WOULD LIKE TO ADD A MAILBOX TO MY CURRENT CLEANFOX ACCOUNT
In order to add another mailbox, just click on settings, then, under your email address, click on “add a new mailbox”.
If the email address you wish to add is already linked to a Cleanfox account, you just have to delete it from our system and then add it to the account of your choice!
MY MAILBOX CANNOT BE HANDLED BY CLEANFOX, WHAT CAN I DO?
Many email providers are compatible with Cleanfox, however, some providers cannot be handled by Cleanfox yet.
Email addresses managed by an administrator cannot be cleaned with Cleanfox.
In order to make your email address compatible with Cleanfox, please write to us at: contact@crazy-raman7445.on.getshifter.io; using the following template:
” Hello,
My email address cannot be handled by Cleanfox, my email provider is: “foxymail”. Please write to me when Cleanfox can handle my mailbox. “
Our technical teams will add your email provider to Cleanfox.
